Chapter 78#

Detestable Qin Mu.#

A low voice gently echoed in the confined, small space.

The kiss on his eyelids felt like it was burning, scorching hot.

Jian Yunshen’s Adam’s apple bobbed up and down. He looked at Qin Mu’s profile, so close, and a sudden urge rose within him.

He wanted to ask him.

What about you?

Do you like me a little more?

He tightened his fingertips, but in the end, he didn’t ask.

Jian Yunshen turned around, quietly meeting Qin Mu’s gaze.

“Did he send you?”

“Mm.”

Qin Mu responded softly, looking down at him.

Jian Yunshen’s counter-attack just now was nothing short of brilliant. Jian Yunshen had considered a problem even Qin Mu hadn’t noticed, contacting another seller ahead of time and using today’s opportunity to make the two parties check each other, forcing Paul to concede.

When one path is blocked, find another. If there are no paths left, then smash the wall, climb a ladder.

Jian Yunshen always finds a way to overcome.

He raised his hand and caressed Jian Yunshen’s cheek, slowly rubbing it, his heart filled with overflowing emotions.

“I want to kiss you.”

Qin Mu suddenly spoke.

Jian Yunshen’s mind went blank for a moment, struck by these four light words. The composure and confidence he displayed at the negotiation table vanished completely at this moment. He stared wide-eyed, incredulously pressing, “What?!”

“I want to kiss you.” Qin Mu said as he lowered his head.

But just as he was about to, Jian Yunshen raised his hand and covered his lips.

“Jiang Sheng is still outside!”

Qin Mu seized his wrist, lifted it slightly, and gently touched his fingertips with his lips.

“I know.”

Jian Yunshen’s face was incredibly red. He didn’t know how Qin Mu managed to… anytime, anywhere…

He pulled his hand back and looked up at him. In the small space, the distance between them had long broken through the safe zone.

Enveloped by Qin Mu’s aura, those intimate memories surged like a tide.

Jian Yunshen looked into his eyes, his fingertips subtly recoiling.

“Aren’t you afraid Jiang Sheng will find out?”

Qin Mu, upon hearing this, laughed.

He leaned in slightly, close to Jian Yunshen’s face.

Shadows enveloped his features, leaving only the brightness in his eyes clear.

“Why should I be afraid?” Qin Mu asked.

Jian Yunshen’s eyes flickered, “He’ll use you.”

“What?”

Jian Yunshen looked directly into his eyes: “He’ll use me to get close to you.”

“But I don’t want to do that.”

He said, “I don’t want to use you.”

The smile at the corner of Qin Mu’s mouth slowly faded, and his gaze gradually turned dangerous.

He took a step forward, pressing one leg against him.

Jian Yunshen was suddenly pressed against the wall. Before he could react, his lips were tightly kissed.

Qin Mu’s kisses were usually gentle, teasing, even tender.

Never before like this moment, kissing so urgently and fiercely. Jian Yunshen tilted his head back, eyes slightly narrowed. The sound of wet kisses echoed in his ears, making him blush. He simply closed his eyes, hooked his arms around Qin Mu’s neck, and let himself sink.

Qin Mu bit his tongue, and Jian Yunshen trembled all over, his eyes welling up with a faint redness.

His tongue entwined, Jian Yunshen had no right to refuse, being utterly overwhelmed, forced to accept.

He slightly opened his eyes and saw the fierce glint in Qin Mu’s eyes. His heart skipped a heavy beat, like a prey being stared at, his spine instantly tingling, and he couldn’t help but let out a soft moan.

Upon hearing the sound, the frantic tongue softened, beginning to gently suckle.

When they parted, their moist lips glistened under the light. Jian Yunshen subconsciously licked his lips, his Adam’s apple bobbing.

Qin Mu’s gaze deepened. He rubbed Jian Yunshen’s slightly swollen lips, unable to explain the reason for almost losing control just now.

He just didn’t want to keep hearing those words of genuine emotion from Jian Yunshen’s mouth.

“If, one day, you find out I lied to you, what would you do?”

Jian Yunshen’s lips were massaged by him, turning vividly red, but the redness quickly faded, becoming pale.

He looked up, glaring at Qin Mu, his eyes flashing with anger: “What did you lie to me about?”

Between his parted lips, Qin Mu’s fingertips occasionally brushed against his soft tongue.

The faint tickle from his fingertips seemed to scratch at his heart. He was amused, and the heavy emotions weighing on his heart dissipated in the next second.

“I haven’t even had a chance to lie yet, why are you so anxious?”

Jian Yunshen slapped his hand away. Seeing the smile at the corner of his mouth made a thousand fires burn in his heart. He grabbed Qin Mu’s collar and pulled his head down: “Bastard!”

Qin Mu raised an eyebrow, letting him hold on, even leaning closer. Their faces were pressed together, their noses touching. Jian Yunshen was too familiar with Qin Mu’s scent and subconsciously thought he was about to kiss him. His tightly clenched fingertips paused, loosening their grip slightly.

However, Qin Mu merely maintained this ambiguous distance, neither advancing nor retreating. He lowered his eyes slightly, looking at him intently.

“I warned you, don’t provoke me.” He whispered, “You’ve provoked me, so you have to be responsible for me.”

Jian Yunshen’s fingertips tightened.

Not to be outdone, he stared back, “Qin Mu, if you dare to lie to me, I’ll lock you up and make you stay by my side for a lifetime.”

A smile spread in Qin Mu’s eyes.

“Ah—”

“I’m so scared.”

Jian Yunshen gritted his teeth.

Detestable Qin Mu.

He pulled his hand away and turned to leave.

But Qin Mu grabbed his wrist and pulled him back.

Jian Yunshen looked up and glared at him: “What else are you playing at?”

Qin Mu curved his lips into a smile, holding on, unwilling to let go.

He whispered softly: “What about the ‘seduction’ we agreed upon?”

Jian Yunshen gave him a light glance.

He took a step forward, leaning close to Qin Mu’s lips.

Qin Mu smiled, looking at him, a posture of complete indulgence.

Jian Yunshen lowered his brows, gently placing his fingertips on Qin Mu’s lips.

He kissed, through his fingertips.

Breaths mingled, heartbeats quickened, so close, yet subtly distant.

Jian Yunshen stepped back, suddenly widening the distance.

“This—is seducing you.”

He opened the door and walked out.

The door slowly closed. Qin Mu’s heart felt like it had been scratched by a cat’s paw; he was indeed seduced.

He slowly exhaled and pulled open the door.

The moment the door opened, Jian Yunshen suddenly leaned forward, his soft lips brushing against his cheek.

A light touch, then immediately withdrew.

Jian Yunshen’s ear tips were very red, and his lips were tightly pursed, his voice stiff.

“That wasn’t seduction.”

He turned and ran after saying that.

Qin Mu stood stunned for a second. When he reacted, he raised a hand to touch his cheek, his heart fluttering again, vigorously aroused.

He chased after him.

Inside the private room, Paul had already left, leaving only Jiang Sheng sitting in his seat, half-closing his eyes to sober up.

He was waiting for his driver to pick him up.

Jian Yunshen returned to his seat. Jiang Sheng opened his eyes, glanced at his slightly reddened lips, and narrowed his eyes slightly.

“Where did you go?”

Jian Yunshen paused in his movement, his expression unchanged: “To pay the bill.”

Jiang Sheng didn’t press further.

Qin Mu arrived late, entering from behind him. The driver called, and after Jiang Sheng hung up, the three of them left together.

Other than Jiang Sheng, neither of the other two had drunk, so they drove their own cars. Jiang Sheng sat in the back seat, his gaze lingering on Jian Yunshen and Qin Mu’s faces for a few seconds. In the end, he didn’t ask anything and turned to leave.

After he left, Qin Mu grabbed Jian Yunshen, who was about to leave.

He asked in a hushed voice: “That last one, if it wasn’t seduction, what was it?”

Jian Yunshen pursed his lips tightly, unwilling to answer.

Finally, under interrogation.

He lowered his eyes and whispered softly:

“That wasn’t seduction, it was just… I wanted to kiss you.”
